1) Is the Medtainer only a grinder?

The Medtainer is the very first patented Airtight, Watertight, and smell proof medical grade container with a built in grinder. Developed with the recreational uses, to even your home uses. The Medtainer is the perfect container/grinder for all your needs.

2) Where can I get the tracking number to track my order?

You can email support@themedtainer.com to request your tracking number with USPS.

3) How long does shipping take within the U.S.? Internationally?

Shipping within the U.S. takes between 3-5 business days and international shipping takes between 7-10 business days.

4) Where can I view wholesale prices?

Please email sales@themedtainer.com for all wholesale pricing information.

5) How much does it cost to ship with the U.S.? Internationally?

Shipping within the U.S. is a flat rate of $5.00 and international shipping it is a flat rate of $15.00 U.S.

6) Do you offer custom Medtainer orders?

Currently we only offer custom Medtainers when purchasing bulk orders for wholesale.

7) Where do I subscribe to the newsletter?

You can start with creating an account at the top left of our website by clicking “Create an Account”. Once an account is created, you are automatically subscribed to our newsletter.

8) What is the most effective way to clean the Medtainer?

When cleaning your Medtainer becomes necessary, you can put it in the dishwasher for a quick wash. If deeper cleaning is more desirable, Medtainers without printing can be placed in a pot of water of boiling water for up to five minutes and it will be oh so fresh and clean.

9) Do you replace broken Medtainers? Or do you sell lids by themselves?

10) When do SOLD OUT items get re-stocked?

All sold out items are re-stocked within two business days.
